Draft for counsel review. Entity, jurisdiction and contact details are placeholders until confirmed.
Who we are
This website is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”), the company behind AxiaForce. This policy covers the website only. The AxiaForce platform, which customers deploy in their own isolated environment, is governed by the agreement each customer signs and is not described here.
What we collect
- Demo requests. If you submit the demo form we receive the name, work email, company, team size, topic and message you enter. This is delivered to us as an email through our transactional email provider and is used only to reply to you and arrange the conversation you asked for.
- Usage analytics. We use a privacy-conscious analytics service to understand which pages are visited, from what kind of device and browser, and roughly where in the world. This uses browser storage rather than tracking cookies, honours the Do Not Track setting, and is proxied through our own domain. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
- The ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into it is sent to us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, time) to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To respond to your request, to run and improve this website, and to protect it from abuse. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be added.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our transactional email provider and our analytics provider. Each is bound by their own terms to process the data only for the service we use them for. We will disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. If you are in the EU or UK you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
