Getting started

Common systems connect in a day. You configure the role, KPIs and authority level, then run it monitored — approving, editing or declining gated actions — before it runs alone. Most teams have a production workflow live inside a week, not a quarter, and it's never a consulting engagement.

No. AxiaForce runs alongside the stack you already pay for — CRM, ATS, email, calendar, ERP, document storage, repositories, cloud and observability all stay the systems of record. AI employees act through adapters with the scopes you grant, and write back what they did with a work-object id, so every action is traceable to its source.

That's the default, not an exception. Every AI employee runs monitored first — gated actions land in one queue with the reasoning and evidence attached, and you approve, edit or decline. You widen autonomy deliberately, action by action, as trust builds, and you can tighten it again anytime.

The platform

A persistent record, not a prompt or a cron job: a role, a mission, a manager, responsibilities, authority per action, the systems it may touch, a schedule and the triggers that wake it, KPIs, a budget and the reports it owes. The same record shape applies to every role — GTM, recruiting, marketing, IT, concierge.

The unit of everything an AI employee does: one research task, one drafted message, one booking. It carries the inputs it used, the reasoning it produced, the policy that governed it, and the state it's in — which is what makes the platform auditable, not merely observable.

You write policy in plain language — which actions run on their own, which wait, for whom, under what conditions. It compiles to gates on specific work-object transitions. Anything gated shows up in one queue with reasoning and evidence attached; anything autonomous is logged with the same evidence. You decide when to widen the policy as trust builds.

Both are computed from the same work objects, so the numbers never disagree. Executives see outcomes, cost per outcome and what needs their attention. Operators see the queue, the AI employees and the full evidence trail. Both roll up across companies for multi-entity operators.

Security & data

No. Models are prompted with your context at run time through controlled platform interfaces and are never fine-tuned on it — there's no cross-customer learning.

Yes. Most AI tools are one shared application with a customer ID on every row. AxiaForce provisions each customer their own database and environment, because the AI employees you're deploying touch your pipeline, your candidates and your systems of record. An employee in one tenant cannot reach another tenant's database — there's no shared connection to misuse.

The company info you share — logos, marketing materials, tone, price plans, live job listings — becomes the guardrails an AI employee operates inside, so automation matches your brand and your culture instead of a generic default. You can tighten or widen those guardrails anytime.

Every action is a work object with evidence: inputs, reasoning, outputs, who approved what, timestamped and attributable to an AI employee. The scorecard and dashboards are computed from that record, not from a separate reporting layer, and it's exportable for your auditors.

Pricing & engagement

No. You start month-to-month with no long-term contract, on a dedicated tenant, watching the scorecard — outcomes, cost per outcome, autonomous share — before you decide anything. Move to an annual contract at reduced rates once it's proven, on your timeline.

No — you pay for the workforce you're running, not a seat count. Add an AI employee when you need one, reduce or pause one that isn't earning its keep, and changes take effect on your next monthly cycle, not at renewal.

Executive Assistant

Four ways, all of them the way you'd brief a person. Forward an email to her address and write “Handle this.” CC her on a thread and she takes over the coordination when it's needed. Tell her from the app, by text or voice — “Move my meeting with Kevin to next week.” Or ask her to find something — “Find the latest Corvane SOW.” Each one becomes a work object she owns until it's done, blocked, waiting on someone, or needs your decision.

Yes — that's Find My Document. You don't need the filename; a person, company, topic, rough date or file type is enough. She searches the sources your connected account is already allowed to read — Outlook mail and attachments, OneDrive, and SharePoint or Google Drive where you've explicitly connected them — ranks the plausible matches, says which is likely the current version and why, and brings the file back into the chat with Open, Preview, Send and Share. She never sees a file your account couldn't. Document search is in pilot on Microsoft 365 today.

Only what you've allowed. By default she proposes times, books and reschedules meetings, adds attendees, sends routine replies and confirmations, follows up, and searches your authorised email and files on her own. Sending documents externally, sharing sensitive files, cancelling meetings, any charge or purchase, and any commercial commitment ask you first — one tap in Mission Control or on your phone. You can widen or tighten every one of those toggles at any time.

Work reaches her at an AxiaForce ingress address — the one you forward and CC to. Her outgoing mail uses your company's own mailbox identity where you've authorised it, so recipients see “Sophie, Executive Assistant to you” from your domain, not a third-party address.

The demo shows the full vision and every capability carries a badge. Email scheduling, rescheduling, attendees, multi-person and time-zone scheduling, meeting links, work objects, the Fabric, approvals and the scorecard are available. Find My Document, inbox triage, critical email, commitments, follow-up ownership, the daily brief and meeting briefs are in pilot on Microsoft 365. Google Workspace, the mobile app, SMS, phone calls, reservations and travel are coming soon. Self-service onboarding is a prototype; early-access customers are onboarded with us.

Integrations

A custom adapter declares its capabilities and scopes against the same contract every first-party adapter uses, and the platform treats it identically — including in the evidence ledger. Internal tools, legacy systems, a vendor nobody's heard of: same pattern.

Multi-company & founders

Yes — each entity keeps its own pipelines, vendor spend, metrics, permissions and AI workforce assignments, and you get one roll-up view with drilldown by company. Built specifically for serial founders, holding-company owners, multi-brand operators, family offices and small investment groups.
